Hi, I am new to the forum. I am wondering ,other than a traditional PP saddle, what other saddles would be good to use.I need a Western or Endurance type.
My horse is l4.1 and weighs ll45 pounds.Not a lot of height in withers.

Hi Tiffer,
A western saddle can be used if it fits the horse and rider properly. You may need a western saddle with a sorter skirt especially if your horse is very short backed. I have friends who have ridden in Ehglish and Australian saddles for years with no problems.
The important factor is for the saddle to properly fit the horse.
